 Mountain Buggy Urban Single - Black The Mountain Buggy Urban Stroller is somewhat unique to the U.S market. True, it has 12'' wheels (not so hot), but they are air-filled (instead of the usual cheap plastic). You'd be amazed how much smoother the ride (and smoother the push) is on 12'' air filled tires than on the cheapo plastic wheels. A true runner needs 16'' or 20'' wheels, but this all-terrain walker, urban shopper, and all-around go-getter will do fine on the occasional jog. The front swivel wheel is great for maneuvering in a tight squeeze which happens frequently while shopping or venturing through city streets.
