 InStep Safari TT Double - Blue The obvious fun benefit to this stroller is the swivel wheel. While it's not a great feature for running, the air filled 16"" wheels in back and 12"" wheel up front make for a smooth, easy ride. You can lock the front wheel while running, but it may not always track ideally. That's been a frequent (but relatively minor) complaint we hear about InSteps. Keep in mind that a console tray isn’t available for the Double Safari, but there is an ample sized basket under the seat. The handle bar up front for your child is great. Safety wise, it’s great for when you don’t feel like clipping and unclipping the 5-point harness for the millionth time that day. Kids love it too it’s a stage for all of their toys.
