 InStep 10K Double Gray/Black With the InStep line, youre going to encounter basic strollers and reasonable prices. The 10K Double is no exception. The frame's all aluminum, which means that it's lightweight and won't rust, but note that the wheel hubs are steel. This double stroller has a 12'' front wheel, which is probably too small for the true runner. There isn't very good sun protection, because the canopy is small and only slightly adjustable.
