 GTS Golf Electric Caddy The GTS Golf EC-1 is a light and relatively inexpensive electric caddy, with a unique motor contained within the front wheel. This provides a couple of benefits - free-wheel mode allows golfers to use the EC-1 as a push cart in case the battery dies, and if you have any trouble with the motor, the entire front wheel can be quickly replaced by GTS. However, it's not likely that your battery will die, and even less likely that the motor will malfunction. Although it only weighs 4.5 lbs, the ultra-efficient battery pack has a range of over 6 miles between charges - more than enough for a 24 holes of golf.
